The Weardale Agricultural Society is a small group based in a small village called St. John's Chapel in Weardale, County Durham.

The Society organises a large agricultural show (Weardale Show, also commonly known as Chapel Show) held on the last Saturday in August each year.

We are located in st johns chapel / upper Weardale, just off the A689

we have a wide range of food and drink selection on the day, Tea tent, burger van, fish & chips, hog roast and Full licenced bar with Beers on Draught brought to you by The 'Blue Bell inn'

This Year for the first we are hosting a launch party on Friday 30th August on the show field in partnership with the local Chatterbox café and The Blue Bell inn, we are proud to present 'Fire Lady Luck' from 7pm onwards. Tickets available on this site.

Following the show on 31st August we have live entertainment 'KICK' on the show field. this entertainment is included with your Saturday show wristband.


FREE Childrens Entertainment - All childrens entertainment is FREE on the field including inflatable obstacle course, face painting, archery, bouncy castle(under 5) inflatable super slide.
